• Who are we? •
Phil Seymour
Director
Phil has over 25 years experience in the automotive sector, having worked in a wide array of roles throughout dealerships, from sales through to senior management, before moving on to working in field management roles in the aftermarket and then for manufacturers.
Entering the world of training and coaching he has been fortunate enough to work with some of the leading global car manufacturers, including Porsche, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and Toyota.
Alongside his work in the motor industry, Phil is also an accomplished presenter/announcer/interviewer, working across a number of sports including snooker, pool, boxing, rugby, football, fishing and more, regularly appearing on television right around the world.
• Automotive Training and Coaching •
We are able to offer a comprehensive service for all aspects of training and coaching in the automotive sector, from full bespoke programme design and development, to delivery of existing materials. Below are some examples of some ongoing projects and previous projects we have been involved with;
Porsche - Job Roles Project, providing development and delivery of in-centre coaching for the new Porsche Pro role across the UK.
BMW - Delivering webinar based Management KPI training.
Toyota - Vehicle Launch Delivery for a range of vehicles including Yaris, Supra and Hilux.
Mercedes Benz - In dealer coaching and change management to ensure the smooth roll out of the Star Expert role in the UK and then also into Eastern Europe.
Hyundai - Delivery of aftersales marketing training courses.
Mercedes Benz Van - Delivery of training courses as part of the Mercedes Benz Van Talent programme, both face to face and online.
Sports and Entertainment
Phil has worked as a presenter, announcer, host and interviewer across many sports at the very top level, regularly appearing on television right around the world. Some of these include;
Snooker - Announcer/interviewer/presenter for many top tournaments for World Snooker Tour, televised live all over the world.
Boxing - Ring announcer for various promoters, including Matchroom Boxing, ITV Sport, Frank Maloney, Dennis Hobson and Stefy Bull, announcing in a variety of venues from Liverpool's Echo Arena, to the Doncaster Dome, to London's Wembley Arena.
Fishing - MC for Sky Sports' Fishomania and for JBD Sports Agents' Sports Stars Fishing Championship, shown on ITV4.
Wrestling - Ring announcer for ITV's prime time show World of Sport Wrestling, and for their live tour across the UK.
Rugby - Stadium announcer for Super League's Wakefield Trinity and has also announced many international matches as part of the Rugby League World Cup and Four Nations series.
